Stress is part of life. But, unless you learn how to manage it, its ill effects can create absolute chaos, until it feels like you’re caught in the throes of stress and have no idea how to get out or make it STOP. The GOOD news is it’s totally possible to free yourself from the shackles of stress; and I’m going to show you how to break free so you can stop stressing over the little things and start enjoying your life in a much BIGGER way. Over seven weeks, I'm going to walk you through my "7 Simple Tips to Ease Your Stress." Each week we'll address a specific stress management topic and help you take action toward getting a handle on your stress. Each Zoom call is only 15-30 min and will help you be better prepared for your week. Can't make the call? No worries! Everything will be recorded in both video and audio formats. Once you register, you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting, along with dial-in information for phone-in.
